Ahh Bra Complaints, Ahh Bra Review, Ah Bra Reviews

I have been getting phone calls for months on one of my toll free #'s for the Ahh Bra. They should have run a study to see what misdialed or typo #'s were around their # , and how that would impact other businesses, as I am getting the Ahh Bra calls from their TV commercials.

Ahh Bra
800-969-9589 (This is the correct # to call to order the Ahh Bra, or click the Ad to order).

8/18/11- Ok, I found a cheap Ahh Bra online. Ranges from $20 to $26. Better than the Amazon prices. These don't look too bad. I personally like the look of the black sport bra (below the Ahh Bras). Looks like a variety of Ahh Bra colors. They also have Rhonda Shear panties, and sleepshirts.

I like this style sports bra personally.

Here is the Glamorise Magic Lift Full Figure Bra. I don't know if this is the same as the Magic Bra some people are talking about on here. Was $29.99, and now $4.99. wow, that's a huge discount. I took a double take on that one. Sizes 50 and 52 only it looks like.

  1. This ad on TV says that it will be giving you a "Special Delivery" at no extra charge.. well, when I was ordering was told that the delivery date was more in the range of 2-3 weeks... ???????
Called customer service and was rudely told that I must have been watching something else and got it confused? I am not stupid?!! Also was told the ad was saying 7-10 working days.. not it says "Special Delivery" 5-7 days.. Now the custmer no service chick said that it was the same thing.. 7-10 working days was the same as 2-3 weeks? Not! And then wanted to look my order up and see about the timing...Well, I didn't order.. if they are lieing about the shipping , why and how am I suppose to trust anything they say? I left a message with a supervisor.. want to bet, I never receive a return call. Bunch of rip offs. So glad that I never ordered.. how can people do this to others.

  2. I am not surprised as two of the people running the company flat out lied to me about owning the phone # at first. Their phone # is almost the same as mine and I am getting misdials now. Her name is Joy Ibey, Shear Enterprises LLC. I had to do a lot of calling around to find out who actually was using that phone #. I've held my business # for uears and cannot change it, and she (Joy Ibey) said they wouldn't change theirs either. Every step of the way, I was getting lied to.

I first contacted Rosa Penn of Shop TV (Supervisor), and left a message to please call me. Nothing. Then I contacted Ken Bagus of Shop TV and he said they do not sell the Ahh Braa and I have the wrong company (They say Shop TV when answering the phone). Ken Bagus then says they are Shop TV Canada. Then Joy Ibey tells me that Shop TV is their partner in this venture. Joy Ibey tells me it's not their #, and then she tells me when I press them that they got the numbers from the telephone company for their TV ads and they will not chnage it.

How interesting that they don't readily give up any information until they are pressed with the facts.

I still say they should have done a simple telecom study to make sure the phone numbers around the telehone numbers they were going to use would not be impacted. That's why you hire a good telephone consultant. I can refer you to one if needed.

  5. I had a woman call and tell a tale of tryiing to get her credit card refunded same day, and cancel her order, and she called back to where she ordered and they told her they couldn't look anything up, and that she must have called the wrong company. That was a joke too as that was the exact same place she just called.
She has a legal right to cancel her order.

I have personally had bad exeriences when ordering off the TV. Many of the direct marketing companies hire an automated call center (which is worse than anything as you get a lot of errors with your order and charged too much). At least this one is with a live operator, but it's not matching with what the infomercial is saying in some cases with specials and shipping discounts being shown on the informercial and the live operator knows nothing of it.

I also do not like the shipping pricies as they charge an entire shipping & hundling amount for each item.

    1. Last Wednesday I purchased an Ahh Bra from Big W Clifford Gardens Toowoomba Australia . It was very comfortable and I was very happy with my purchase. I wore it once, hand washed it in cold water and hung it on its little hanger (provided) in the shade, I wore it again yesterday and now I find the material has torn/broken away from the edging. I am very dissappointed, I paid almost $30.00 for this one bra, needless to say I will not be purchasing any more Ahh Bras.

    2. Wow, that did not hold up at all. 1 washing. Take it back anbd get another one. The store needs to know so they don't keep ordering these if they fall apart right away, or get returned all the time.

  7. I am betting it was a good bra in the beginning and once they started mass producing them, they went down in quality. Can you tell me where the Ahh Bra is made?

  8. THIS BRA IS A PIECE OF CRAP. This is not worth the money what so ever. it took them 2 weeks to deliver but yet they took their money right away. Have been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks. Suggest one contact the BBB regarding any problems with this so called company

  9. Hope you get your money back soon.

  10. I didn't order using the 800 number because they hire other companies who try to sell you more. I ordered online and received the bras within 10 days. I absolutely LOVE these bras. They are so comfortable that you forget you have them on, but still give enough support unless you are jogging. I am 38DD and usually go braless around the house because I find bras so unconfortable especially on my shoulders. These are great and I am about to order some more. Very lightweight and cool this summer.

  12. i needed some bras to go on vacation and i saw the commercial on tv and i called to order AHHBRAS on 6/28/11 for 59.99 and my total come up to 79.99 for extra shipping on each bras and it was rush delivery. few days pass i called customer service to find why i havent received the bras and the lady said that it was because of of the high volume of customers. then i keep checking on the internet but nothing. 16 days after i called again to see why i still not received the ahh bras and she said that it clear i havent received if i wanted a refund. so i ask can you mailed over night bc i had to leave on vacation in few days and she said it wouldnt get there in time. i was frustrated because i was counting on the bras and the fact i couldnt order from any other web because it was 2 days left for me to go on vacation. so i decided to get a refund which could take few days to get it. VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY DISAPOINTED THIS IS JOKE THEY SUCK

  13. It's been my personal experience to never order something for a vacation online or on TV, as it takes way too long and doesn't get there in time (or it's not what was advertised and/or you can't wear it). Been there done that. Sorry you had the problem, and thank you for sharing your experience.

  16. Can anyone tell me where the Ahh Bra is manufactured? What does it say on the bra label where it's made?

  17. Ordered a 3x because this is my t-shirt size. It was way too tight and left red marks on my shoulders with just a few hours wear. I gave my 3x to my mother who is a size 14 and they fit her just fine. At least they won't go to waste.

  18. It is made in China.

  19. Thanks, I thought it might be made in China.

  20. fyi you can by the ah bra in canada at the store showcase, as seen on tv and also i have seen them in walmart for under $15.00

    ReplyDelete
  21. Good info and price. Plus you can buy on Amazon. See Amazon ad for Ahh Bra above. Give it some time and it will be in K-Mart and Target before long.

  22. ya i saw them in Walmart but did not have the size I needed and tried a smaller on and I could step into it like said but the band across the top of my breast was too tight and caused more pain. So I was going to check the As seen on TV store first before ordering online. Just hope they have the size i need there. I have breast cancer and one is bigger than the other and i need some support on the breast cancer side to stop some of the pain

    ReplyDelete
  23. I see people online talking about the Ahh Bra at Walmart for $19.99, and they thought the $12.00 Walmart bra gave more support.

    Thanks for the comment.

  25. Has anyone tried the magic gravity bra?? It looks exactly the same as the Ahh Bra but for way less money???

    ReplyDelete
  26. Glad to hear that the Ahh Bra works for you and that is a good price too.

I have not heard of the Magic Gravity Bra and don't see it on Amazon either yet.

  27. I ordered the bras. Yes, the TV commercial says the order goes out in 2-3 days. I spoke to a very nice CSR but when she told me 7 weeks I was already angry. I do like the bras. Basically not much support. Laughing, they do not show an older woman with sagging breasts and do say they help with gravity...maybe in a Space Shuttle! So, lesson learned.

Sorry you are having a time with the toll free telephone number! Back in 1997...before cells phones I had gotten a toll free number for my daughter to call while in college. After a year I started getting phone calls meant for a distributor of gift ware. Rather un-nerving as I was having an awful time with a vicious ex-husband (not the father of the child in college)
and no one would help me get the number straight. I bet the distributor lost some sales as most of the calls came while I was at work and people had been leaving messages on my answering machine.
Thank you for providing this space. I should have look on line for reviews before I ordered...but I am more comfortable at work! Going to look next at Wal-Mart:)

  28. Thanks for your comment. I haven't gotten a call for a little while, so hopefully its stopped now. I didn't always know, but I am normally alerted when I get hang ups, and by calling them back I can find out, but haven't gotten them for a while now.

  29. I love the comfort of the AhhBra however I was surprised with the padding/shaper that came with the bra. The cup has this pocket with the shaper that must be removed to wash. The shaper tends to need a bit of adjustment to get it so both breasts look even. I'm not sure if I will continue to use the bras because of this shaper. Noone has mentioned this. Am I the only one dissatified with this?

    ReplyDelete
  30. I haven't heard of anyone saying anything about this, so this was a great comment. I know I have seen some bras with padding inside that gets all screwed up when washed several times and crinkled up, which makes them look weird when worn. It would be something I would only wear around the house. Thanks for your comment!

  33. I looked at the Magic Bra, or Magic Gravity Bra web site at http://magicgravitybra.com/ and they have a major misspelling under the nude color bra on right hand side. It says: "Make Any Outfit Office Approriate". Approriate should be Appropriate. That was in a graphic, so now they need to redo the graphic. I can't believe the site owners didn't even catch that.

    /\/\Carla/\/\

HINT: Dont hire someone from India to make your site as they can't always spell very well.

  34. I am chiming in: THE BRA DOES NOT WORK, let everyone know. I am so disappointed and had such high hopes. There is absolute no support for those of us who have actually real breasts. I tried to give them to my friends and they also complained about no support and they are only a c-cup.
    Roswitha

I missed the return policy by two weeks (I did not know that there was a 30 day policy) and now I am stuck with three bras. They would not let me return them. Oh, so sorry was all they said. You know I should have known, if it is too good to be true, it cannot be true. Tell all your friends.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Thanks for the comment. Sorry to hear about missing the 30 Day Return. (I hate it when that happens). I don't know if you purchased it thru the TV, or another retailer, probably the TV infomercial, as that sounds like them. I wonder if the other online retailers have a longer return policy. I just looked at one of them and it was also 30 days. Oh well- try them on and wear them as soon as you get them (that goes for anything). I have the habit of not loading software or trying things on for a while as I am busy, and its bit me a few times where I couldn't return anything.

  36. I tried the Ah Bra. They had them at the Dollar General. I was surprised to see them there, but they have them in th As Seen On TV section. Well, I bought the correct size and thought they were very comfortable. I would not pay the price they charge on TV.

  37. Excellent find at the dollar store! Congrats!

  38. I'm so angry at how big busted woman can go on these ads and swear how wonderful they are and how supportive they are and lie about it knowing that it isn't true. What a load of crap. I got all excited about the ahh bras. I am very disappointed. I'm an DD/E cup. I have to wear two just to get a tiny bit of hold and I would only wear these around the house. The so called thick band at the bottom is crap and rolls up when I wear them. I found a much better product on Ebay from Britain.

    This is the link http://www.ebay.com/itm/280739493480?var=580044521404&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

Wearing two of these ones I would go out in them. The band is thicker and the woven bits are woven more so more supportive. I would not recommend the ahh bra for anyone that is big busted.

  39. On the eBay listing- for the most part it looks ok. They are doing a rip off on the name: 3 Set Seamless Women's Ahh Style Leisure Bras Support Vest Sports Bra UK STOCK. They are showing the As Seen On TV logo. That is a Trademarked logo. Not sure if these were As Seen On TV Products, as I would think they might not be as they are very similiar in appearence to the Ahh Bra, but they could have been. I do not currently see them on As Seen On TV Products.

When ordering from the US- you would be ordering from the UK. Some of the feedback shows no shipping for a month (probably out of stock at that time).

  43. This product has just started to be Advertised in Australia, working nights saw the Ad, and was going to buy for my daughter, 17 years) busty, reading your reviews I'm not sure anymore, has any one sized 14 to 16 been happy with their bra???

  44. I haven't heard anything on those sizes.

    Thanks for the comment.

  45. I am in Australia and have bought a 2XL from the US Ebay site.
I am larger sized and a D cup.
I am happy with it. I would want to wear 2 if out and about, but one is fine for home and night time (I prefer a light bra at night).
It does roll up at the front but this is not annoying to me.
I would not buy from the tv advertised place as too expensive and too many problems.
Buy one from ebay and try it out.
Do not expect it to be like a underwire bra - it is not.
Would be good for travel as light and tiny. Does stretch alot as I was worried when I got it home, it would not fit, but it did.
BIgger women need 2 if out and about, but one is good at night or at home.
They are probably knocked up in a cheap Chinese sweatshop, for next to nothing, so I will see how it goes.
I would not be putting it into the dryer as it is synthetic and I think the dryer would ruin it quickly

  47. Hi I have just been looking at these comments on the Aah Bra. I have just received a set of these which I brought off Amazon. The one I tried on rolled up under the bustline and is very uncomfortable. I have asked the company to send a label to send them back and give me a refund. Is this normal, that the bra rolls up at the front as this is a terribly uncomfortable thing....

  49. My Partner was considering buying one of these bras.... on reading this message board i think she'll skip it! Bad publicity should really make the manufacturers do something to improve their image.. it doesn't look good does it?!

  50. I think all they care about is money. When they originally selected their toll free phone #'s for their infomercials, the misdials were driving me nuts, and costing me money, with people calling my # by mistake. After talking to them, just getting thru the lies to find out what was happening, was intense, so I don't believe anything they say, and don't believe the product claims either since people have been posting on here about the quality. Try one of the other bras above, and find something that works for you. It's always nice to find a bra that fits, and hopefully they continue it make it for a while.

  51. The Aah Bras are a complete disappointment in every way! It is a wrestle to get one over your head to start with, they are ill fitting, poorly made (the stiching was coming apart on one of the Comfort Bras, offer no support (contrary to the ads promoting the excellent support no matter what bust size you may be) and at $89.90 for 3 Aah Bras and 3 Comfort Bras + $9.95 freight - total $99.85, it has to be the biggest rip off I have ever encountered. I will never purchase items based on a TV advertisement again.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Most of the order from TV products are a rip. That's a lot of money for something that you didn't like. Others on here say they are made in China. Go figure. Wnder if that would fall into the Chinese Black Hearted Goods category (Not made well).

  53. I bought an "Ahh Bra" today at a flea market for $10. It was not in a box, but, there were boxes on the table. The sizing chart on the box said XXXL was for size 22-24...so I bought a XXXL. The label on the inside of the bra says:Shear Shapewear, and is made in China. According to the website, a 3XL should work for a 4XL...not so. I'm glad I only paid $10 for it, because, it is like not having on a bra at all, it rolls in the front, felt tight on my shoulders and under arm, just all around not good. Glad not to have bought online or on the phone.
