Frontier Fraud, Frontier Credit Card Payment, Frontier Ailines, Fronteer Airline

Frontier Fraud ?
Frontier Airlines Charging Debit Card 9 Months Later.

Frontier Fraud, Frontier Credit Card Payment, Frontier Ailines, Fronteer Airline

7/6/13

We received fraud charge on a debit card showing as charged on 7-3-13 (July 3rd), and posted on 7-5-13.
Right around a Holiday, so we suspected fraud, and since we haven't flown for months as well.

POS Withdrawal FRONTIER ONBOARD F9 555 AIR CARGO WAY MILWAUKEE WI US

This was for $5.

I found similar stories:

My husband did fly on Frontier in November 2012. He does not recall buying anything. This was 9 months ago. If this is a real charge, it's way past due.

TIP: Good place for scammers to take advantage as they bill months later (if it's real), so word of caution here is to use cash (if they accept as some will not take cash), or a credit card, or a prepaid card would be best. Since the Flight Attendant doesn't check to see if the card is valid, a person could conceivably order a whole bunch of stuff and just walk away if they were using one of those prepaid cards. They could get free food and drinks on the plane that way. If they want to send you a bill later based on your seat #, I suppose they could, but it's doubful they would for a few food items/drinks.

It's just gotten to the point that flying is a huge hassle. If this is a valid charge, then they need to redo the way they do things and not bill something so many months later that you have no recollection of it, as I bet they are having a very hard time getting paid as most people will think their card has been compromised and appeal the charges.
